What an incredible evening we had at this year’s National Night Out! On a beautiful night filled with laughter and connection, our community came together to celebrate safety, unity, and friendship. Highlights of the Event: Community Connections: Residents gathered to enjoy treats from local vendors, while children played games and participated in fun activities. The sense of camaraderie was palpable as neighbors caught up and made new friends. Local Heroes: We were honored to have our local police, fire, and code compliance departments join us. They showcased their vehicles and provided safety demonstrations, fostering a greater understanding of their roles in our community. Many families took the opportunity to express their gratitude for their service. Continued thanks to our very own NPO Mike Kuzenka for helping to make our neighborhood safe and welcoming! Voter Registration: There was also a table set up to help those who were eligible register to vote.
Thank You! A huge thank you to all the volunteers and organizers who made this event possible. Your hard work and dedication truly shone through, creating a welcoming atmosphere that reminded us of the strength of our neighborhood. A huge thank you, also, to our business partners who showed up to support out first responders as well: ACE Hardware-Camp Bowie, Agape Pops, and Starbucks! As we look back on this successful National Night Out, let’s carry forward the spirit of unity and collaboration. Together, we can continue to make our community a safe and vibrant place to live. Here’s to many more gatherings in the future!
